Welcome to the Disclosure Advocacy Group, a non-profit organization of licensed attorneys across the United States dedicated to providing legal support and counsel on the topic of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon (UAP) transparency.*
About
Who We Are
The Disclosure Advocacy Group (DAG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports individuals and organizations committed to advancing knowledge and awareness of unidentified anomalous phenomena and its profound impact on humanity throughout history.
Our Mission
Why We're Here
Disclosure Advocacy Group was formed to serve the UAP transparency issue for and in the interest of the public. As the disclosure of information related to unidentified anomalous phenomena becomes more prevalent and engaged by the public at large, legal support for those organizations and persons dedicated to UAP transparency is more important than ever. Three of our organizational pillars are:
Legal Advocacy
Our legal advocacy initiatives are rooted in upholding ethical standards, promoting justice, and ensuring legal representation for those working to bring transparency to the UAP topic. Disclosure Advocacy Group will engage in a variety of legal strategies in support of UAP disclosure efforts, from litigation related to Freedom of Information Act claims, support with pre-publication review, legal assistance for UAP organizations working in the public interest, private counsel for individuals in need of legal support related to UAP transparency, and much more.
Transparency
Transparency is at the heart of our mission. Our attorney members believe that the pillars of the American democratic system are incompatible with secrecy related to the UAP topic. Debate on policy related to the UAP phenomenon belongs in the public square, to the people and their elected representatives, not restricted and hidden behind layers of bureaucracy and secrecy. America can handle the truth about the UAP phenomenon. In support of that principle, Disclosure Advocacy Group will assist whistleblowers and other individuals who wish to lawfully expose illegal activity related to UAP, either to Congress or through the courts.
Institutional Engagement
For too long the UAP issue has escaped the scrutiny of our most basic and reliable institutions. The lack of Constitutionally mandated Congressional oversight for the UAP topic is long overdue. Further, our attorney members strongly believe in the transparent use of the court system to bring daylight to a topic that is in desperate need of a reliable, fact-driven process. By engaging with the Constitutionally sourced institutions that Americans otherwise rely upon every day, the UAP topic can be brought into the realm of public accountability. Our institutional engagement projects include assistance with drafting UAP-related legislation as needed, applying traditional courthouse scrutiny to non-disclosure agreements, and challenging the existing paradigm that the American public isn't capable of handling the truth about the UAP phenomenon.
Service Offerings
What We Do
Our attorney members will engage in as many legal projects as our all-volunteer membership can responsibly support. Our organization is comprised of attorney volunteers engaged in the private practice of law in jurisdictions across the United States. Our attorneys come from significantly diverse practice areas, from trial and appellate advocacy to corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, in-house representation, government services, and much more.
Our capacity for projects will certainly change over time along with our available resources and attorney membership. While Disclosure Advocacy Group will not be able to help with every issue, we encourage all interested persons to make inquiries through our website. No one who engages Disclosure Advocacy Group will ever receive a bill for attorney fees.
